1. Acceptance
By using the Orvique Meridian website or educational catalog, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Educational purpose
Our courses provide general information and study exercises about crypto markets. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or personal advice. You remain responsible for evaluating information and decisions.
3. No guarantees
Markets involve substantial uncertainty and potential loss. Orvique Meridian does not guarantee accuracy at every moment, course completion, trading performance, income, or any particular result.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected systems, impersonate another person, or use content for unlawful or harmful activity.
5. Intellectual property
Course text, design, trademarks, exercises, and original materials belong to Orvique Meridian or its licensors. We grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access materials for lawful learning. Republishing or reselling them is not permitted without written consent.
6. Catalog and prototype features
Catalog prices, cart behavior, and checkout confirmation in this static prototype are for educational demonstration. A cart confirmation is not a payment receipt or a guarantee of enrollment.
7. Limitation and updates
To the extent permitted by law, Orvique Meridian is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on educational content or interruptions. We may update this agreement and will publish the revised effective date.
